He loved what Pride was doing and enticed Goda, a psychologist and lawyer, to come to Australia to establish Pride Practice Australia in 2000. Palmer and Goda were in business for a year. Then they both went out on their own. Philip Palmer started Prime Practice and Randi Goda launched Momentum. This moment in history defines the difference between Momentum and others. Randi’s years of serving the dental industry as a lawyer and psychologist meant she knew how to enhance a practice’s profits by providing business acumen and high performance mentoring.
