    A/Prof David Roessler


    A/Professor David Roesslerspent most of his career as a Prosthodontist in private practice in Sydney’s CBD and has recently moved to Auckland. He has taken the position of Clinical Director of an all new Facility built by the University of Otago, Faculty of Dentistry. The facility has been designed for Final Year students, Postgrads and to deliver state of the art CPD for dentists. David has been a Keynote Speaker at many international conferences and has given more than 1000 lectures, workshops and hands on courses in almost every facet of restorative, fixed and removable prosthodontics, aesthetic and implant dentistry in Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA. He has authored numerous publications and is an invited lecturer and examiner to both undergraduate and graduate students at a number of Universities as well as being an Examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. He is a consultant and a trainer for a number of dental companies.

    Dr Christopher Ho is a Specialist Prosthodontist who received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery with First Class Honours at the University of Sydney. He completed postgraduate studies in the Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Implants at the University of Sydney, and a Masters of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics with Distinction from the University of London. Furthermore he completed a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics from the University of Sydney and is Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy.

    Dr Ho lectures extensively on aesthetic and implant dentistry both nationally and internationally. He is involved with the evaluation and development of new dental products and materials with several leading dental manufacturers. He was the Oral B spokesperson for Australia from 2012-2016. He contributes to the University of Sydney, having contributed to their undergraduate and postgraduate programs for over twenty years. Additionally, he lectures for the Oral Implant Diploma and Post-graduate Prosthodontic programs at the University of Sydney. He is a Faculty member of the Global Institute for Dental Education, Academy of Dental Excellence and is Visiting Lecturer at Kings College London, United Kingdom. He is author of numerous publications, as well as editor of the Wiley-Blackwell textbook “Practical Procedure in Aesthetic Dentistry”.

    Dr David Roberts


    Dr David Roberts is a past President of the Queensland branch of the Australian Prosthodon-tic Society, the Australian Osseointergration Society and the current president of the Bennett Movement Dental Study Club. David completed his Bachelor qualification in 1991, graduating with first class honors and four academic awards in his final year. Prior to this he had accepted a commission from the Royal Australian Navy and on graduation took up his position as a Dental officer and served at numerous locations in Australia and with the United Nations in Rwanda. David commenced his full time Masters study in 1996 and graduated in 1998. After completing his specialist training he served his remaining time with the Navy in Canberra and Brisbane. David has been an examiner and lecturer at both undergraduate and postgraduate level at the University of Queensland Dental School and the Griffith University Dental School and he has lectured extensively on Prosthodontics and Dental Implants throughout Australia and interna-tionally. Since 2000, he has conducted a Specialist Prosthodontic practice in South Brisbane and Camp Hill and he has a special interest in full arch implant supported restorations and CADCAM integration in Prosthodontics.

    Dr Justin Boultonregularly lectures nationally on a range of aesthetic dentistry and Prostho-dontic topics. Presently, Justin teaches part-time in the postgraduate Prosthodontic Masters Degree at the University of Queensland Dental School and maintains a private prosthodontic practice in Brisbane. He completed an undergraduate degree in 1986 and postgraduate degree in 1992 at the University of Queensland. He is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the International College of Dentists.

    Dr. Michael Lewis graduated from undergraduate dentistry in 2003 with honours, and with a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics at the University of Sydney in 2010.

    During his specialisation program at Westmead Hospital he received extensive training in aesthetic and implant dentistry, conventional crown and bridge, denture prosthetics and orofacial pain management.

    He is the proud recipient of the John H Wilson prize for proficiency in Prosthodontics and the Campbell Harry Graham prize in Prosthetic Dentistry. Dr. Lewis is a passionate educator, and teaches weekly at the University of Queensland, as well as maintaining a private practice.

    His postgraduate thesis was in prosthetic restoration of single-tooth implants, and has published and lectured on this topic both domestically and internationally. Notable presentations include the International College of Prosthodontists in South Africa, the Australian Prosthodontic Society in Adelaide, Nobel Biocare in Auckland and local dental groups in Sydney and Brisbane.

  • Dr Michael Mandikos

    Dr Michael Mandikos

    Specialist Prosthodontist

    Dr Michael Mandikos is a registered specialist in Prosthodontics. He received his Bachelor of Dental Science Degree with Honours, from the University of Queensland and in 1998 he completed a three-year residency program at the State University of New York at Buffalo (USA), graduating with a Certificate in Prosthodontics and Masters Degree in Biomaterials. He has researched composite resin materials and published research papers in Australian and international journals on clinical and dental materials topics, as well as many clinical technique articles in local dental magazines.

    Michael is a Visiting Specialist Prosthodontist to the University of Queensland Dental School and formerly to the Royal Australian Air Force. He is a reviewer for several Journals including the Australian Dental Journal and Quintessence International and is a product evaluator for several dental companies.

    Michael has presented continuing education programs at Dental meetings throughout Australia, Southeast Asia and the USA and maintains a Private Practice limited to Implant and Restorative Dentistry in Graceville in Brisbane’s Inner West
