Course Overview

As a student dentist you learn all about the hands-on aspect of dentistry but do you know which item numbers you will need to use when you start practising? Have you developed the skills you need to communicate effectively with your patients?

Join Dr Martin Webb and Ms Neesha Pierce as they talk about item numbers, communication and present a range of case studies that will teach you how to stay out of hot water.

Bring to the meeting your own item number questions and get the answers in an open forum discussion. Learn how to avoid becoming the subject of a health fund or Medicare audit, and also how to minimise the risk of complaints being made about you to AHPRA.
