Prosthodontist
Dr David Roberts is a past President of the Queensland branch of the Australian Prosthodon-tic Society, the Australian Osseointergration Society and the current president of the Bennett Movement Dental Study Club. David completed his Bachelor qualification in 1991, graduating with first class honors and four academic awards in his final year. Prior to this he had accepted a commission from the Royal Australian Navy and on graduation took up his position as a Dental officer and served at numerous locations in Australia and with the United Nations in Rwanda. David commenced his full time Masters study in 1996 and graduated in 1998. After completing his specialist training he served his remaining time with the Navy in Canberra and Brisbane. David has been an examiner and lecturer at both undergraduate and postgraduate level at the University of Queensland Dental School and the Griffith University Dental School and he has lectured extensively on Prosthodontics and Dental Implants throughout Australia and interna-tionally. Since 2000, he has conducted a Specialist Prosthodontic practice in South Brisbane and Camp Hill and he has a special interest in full arch implant supported restorations and CADCAM integration in Prosthodontics.
