Learn how to deal with urgent referrals for pathology.

Managing referrals for pathology can be difficult. Is it nothing or is it something? Do I alarm the patient or not? What about children? Is the infection mild, moderate or severe?

You will learn:

  • How to plan for pathology refferals
  • What conversations to have with patients when asking them to seek a specialist opinion
  • How to get the response you want from the specialist
  • Where your responsibility ends and the patient’s begins for follow up.
