Providing practitioners with the tools to navigate conflict, toxicity, and the daily grind

Differences of opinions, poorly handled situations, miscommunication and personality clashes can seriously damage a business and negatively affect the health of our team mates.

This course is aimed at re calibrating one’s skills so that they might confidently negotiate with their leaders, assertively communicate their intent, and maintain their self-worth throughout.

Topics include

  • Being able to identify the warnings and indicators of toxic workplace behaviour
  • Developing assertive communication skills 
  • Understanding assertive vs aggressive behaviours 
  • Set and maintain personal boundaries
  • Learning how to repair damaged relationships 
  • Practicing the skills to take back to work
