It wasn’t so long ago that to aesthetically enhance a smile one would turn to say a porcelain crown or porcelain veneer. This was costly—financially and more importantly biologically. It’s amazing how times have changed with the versatility of composite. Through creative techniques we are now able to provide conservative and durable aesthetic solutions to a greater number of patients (even for the most aesthetically demanding). This lecture and hands-on workshop will focus on the creative use of composite to close diastema’s/dark triangles, and aesthetic enhancement of dark teeth using veneering techniques. Hands-on workshop: [LIMITED SPACES] Enhance your learning experience by participating in an afternoon hands-on session on typodonts. Practical exercises include constructing a composite veneer, dark tooth block-out, and diastema closure. These exercises are designed to systematically enhance your skill set necessary to master more challenging scenarios.
